IDU congratulates Sebastian Kurz

IDU congratulates Sebastian Kurz and IDU member party ÖVP for winning the parliamentary elections in Austria. With a clear centre-right positioning and a strong pro-European course he and his modernized Austrian People’s Party won the majority of the votes. IDU is looking forward to a close cooperation with the ÖVP in the future, based on common principles and values.
