IDU and SME Global: Connecting Small and Medium Sized Enterprises Worldwide

SME Global is a worldwide active partner organization of the IDU, and is dedicated to the advancement of small and medium-sized enterprises and start-ups. The association consists of leaders from IDU member parties as well as business representatives from around the world. SME Global provides its partners an institutional framework, networking, a  research-based consultancy while promoting practical exchange and collaboration.

During IDU Forum 2019, SME Global in cooperation with SME Europe held a breakfast meeting on the topic The Global Economy Facing Political Risk. SME Global President Domagoj Ivan Milošević, MP and IDU Chairman Stephen Harperdiscussed together with Member of the European Parliament Lukas Mandl; Croatian Entrepreneur and CEO of Vlahović Group LLC, Croatia Natko Vlahović as well as Andreas Hellmann,  International Advocacy Manager, Americans for Tax Reform Foundation, USA the current challenges between business and politics.

As laid down in our statutes, the IDU is committed to a socially-oriented market economy, responsible economic development, low taxation and individual liberty. We are pleased to support the ongoing work of SME Global.
