Resolution on Maldives

At their meeting in Spain, IDU’s Party Leaders carried a resolution, which calls the Government of the Maledives to immediately and fully implement the Supreme Court of February, 1st and release all political prisoners. IDU expresses its deep concerns about the violations of democratic processes and the rule of law. IDU asks the Yameen administration to withdraw the Military from the Parliament and to restore  public order.
