REGISTER NOW: IDU FORUM 2026, WASHINGTON, D.C.

The IDU Forum 2026 will take place from 2 to 4 December 2026 in Washington, D.C.

The Forum is the IDU’s annual flagship gathering. It brings together centre-right leaders, parliamentarians and policymakers from around the world, and this year we expect to welcome more than 500 delegates from our over 80 member parties.

Over three days, delegates will debate the most pressing political challenges of our time, share experience across borders and strengthen the global network that makes the IDU unique. Beyond the plenary sessions, the Forum offers space for bilateral meetings, informal exchange and building lasting partnerships between parties and their leaders.

Meeting in Washington in the year the United States marks the 250th anniversary of its independence gives the Forum special significance. Few places better reflect the ideals that unite our member parties: freedom, democracy, the rule of law and free enterprise.

We look forward to welcoming a distinguished line-up of speakers from politics, think tanks, science and business. If you want to participate, please contact: democracy@idu.org
